As Vietnam’s leading barbershop and award-winning bar, we are knew that we need a worthy loyalty program. Our loyalty program, the Barbaard Privilege program is one of the country’s best loyalty programs and was created as token of appreciation for you visiting us. Every visitor automatically becomes a member and will have access to a personal account on our phone application. With each purchase you will receive points which will earn you higher membership tiers and your points can be spend on rewards and vouchers. There are 4 different membership tiers with each tier its own benefits. You reach a higher tier by accumulating a specific amount a points. It is also possible to earn bonus points by for example referring a friend.
In addition to our Privilege program, we have created different packages by which you can pre-book your barber services and receive bonuses and upgrades in our program.

Your membership benefits are subject to change.
* Your membership tier gets upgraded when you collect a certain amount of Barbaard points within a calendar year (1 January – 31 December). You must re-qualify for your membership tier one full calendar year after you have been upgraded. To illustrate, if you reach 130,000 points on 8 October 2022 you will directly get promoted to Gold Member. Your membership tier expires on 31 December 2023 if you haven’t collected another 130,000 points in the calendar year 2023.

Gentleman’s Agreements
Prebook your visits and benefit like a gentleman
Our gentleman’s agreements have been created for those that already are, or are planning on become regular guests of our barbershop, or for those that are looking for a special gift. With our agreements you pre-book your barber and add-on services, and benefit of discounts and exclusive extras such as instant upgrades in your membership tier.
Gentleman’s Agreement
Pre-book 12 barber services for the price of 10 services (buy 10, get 2 free). Your services will be valid for two full calendar years from the moment you make your purchase.
As extra benefit you will receive 25% bonus points and an instant upgrade to Silver member.
King’s Agreement
With our king’s agreement you will benefit of unlimited barber services for an entire year. Besides unlimited visits, you will be treated as VIP by receiving an instant upgrade to Black member, 210’000 Barbaard points, a bottle of Mortlach 12, a personalized crystal whiskey glass, your name tag on our honored member board, luxurious towels and an exclusive king’s barber cape.
The price of a king’s agreement is 34 million VND per year and will include an instant upgrade to Black member.
