We have curated one of Saigon’s best spirit lists, with our 45 whiskeys and 22 gins there is always something for you. Our bartenders have all followed a professional bar education and are always happy to give you recommendations based on your personal preferences and flavour profile. And if you like, we can turn your favourite spirit into a cocktail. Our bar manager Kata Simon has over 20 years of experience in the bar industry, and this is something that will surely notice. Both our classic and signature cocktails have been voted as some of the best in the city.
